We often practice "Warrior One and a Half" instead of a true Warrior I and Warrior II. Come and learn the purpose of these magnificent poses, how to gage your full expression of the pose and how to reach maximum benefit. We´ll do a 45 minute warm up and then spend the rest of the time workshopping the Warriors... including Warrior III if we have time. Come and have fun!! Please reserve a spot via email. Class - donation only (for Namaste - helping Guatemalan women help themselves.)
